CrownClipz

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

CrownClipz ("the app") is a personal-use tool operated by a single individual for their own content workflow. It is not offered as a public product or service, and access is not open to the general public.

What the app does

CrownClipz downloads publicly available Twitch VOD footage the operator has selected, cuts it into short vertical clips, adds captions and branding, and allows the operator to upload the resulting clips to their own connected social media accounts (including TikTok), either immediately or on a schedule they set.

Account connections

Where the app connects to a third-party platform (such as TikTok) via that platform's official API, it does so using OAuth credentials the operator authorizes directly through that platform's own login flow. The app does not collect, store, or request the operator's platform password. Access tokens are stored only to allow the operator's own scheduled posts to be published as authorized, and can be revoked at any time from the third-party platform's own account settings, or by the operator disconnecting the account inside the app.

Content ownership and responsibility

The operator is solely responsible for the source material they process through the app and for the content ultimately published to any connected account. The app does not independently select, endorse, or moderate content — every clip is deliberately chosen or reviewed by the operator before it is cut, formatted, or posted.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice, since it is a personal tool rather than a commercial service.
