CrownClipz is a personal-use tool with a single operator and no public user accounts. This policy explains what data the app touches and how it's handled.
The app stores: video files (source VODs and the clips cut/formatted from them) in a private cloud storage bucket; metadata about those clips (timestamps, styles, filenames) in a private database; and, for any social media platform the operator connects (such as TikTok), an OAuth access/refresh token issued by that platform, used only to publish the operator's own scheduled posts.
The app does not collect data from anyone other than its single operator. It does not serve ads, sell data, or share stored data with any third party other than the platforms (like TikTok) the operator explicitly connects and directs it to post to. It does not request or store platform passwords — only OAuth tokens issued through each platform's own official login flow.
When the operator connects a platform account and schedules a post, the app sends the finished video file and a caption to that platform's official API in order to publish it, exactly as if the operator had uploaded it manually. No other data is sent.
Source VODs, clips, and their metadata are kept until the operator deletes them from the app. Platform access tokens are kept until the operator disconnects the account in the app, or revokes access directly from the platform's own account settings — either action removes the app's ability to post on the operator's behalf.
